Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. However, during sales or promotions, please allow 5-8 business days for processing. Once processed, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and can vary based on the package's destination. Delivery times are estimated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How do I track my order?
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. The shipping provider and arrival times depend on the method chosen during checkout. Please note that once the package is with the shipping provider, delivery timing is beyond our control.
Returns
How do I return an item?
To return an item, contact us at coqui100x35llc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Our return address is:

How long does it take to process my return?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received the refund, please reach out to us at coqui100x35llc@gmail.com.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the item you want. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
